Sounds like a great idea, but functionally useless as far as I can tell. Created an account, provided ID verification, but when I try to choose a facility to request records from, the drop down menu doesn't open. It doesn't give option to type in/search for a facility either. Best (worst) of all, the app has no "Help" option to assist with troubleshooting. Even a FAQ section or more detailed description of how to operate the app would be an improvement, because those aren't available either.

I was able to access my images and report, but it was impossible to download them or share the files. I extracted the individual files but there was no way to open them. In some cases it says the file is corrupt. I have a different patient portal which allows you to download and share the images from that facility, so something is wrong here.

It's hard to sign in and has too many errors, and there is no help available to solve the sign in problems.
