Ratings and reviews

Forget registering, It is like for hill. Have to prepr a long list of information to complete registering. Besides, why should upload IDs images. Information can be obtained from insurance records by ID#. Going through reviews shows that the administrator does not respond to negative messages, and if he does refer to contacts!

Lab results are not updated since over 1 week, whats the point of using mobile app if they can not sync the data properly? User experience is not about fluffy screens,its about smooth journeys.

This app is very frustrating as it constantly asks for updates. Now I'm unable to access it as it needs an update but there isn't one available. Stuck in a loop.
