Seems promising but for the target audience this sure is a lot of clicking and it starts out by requiring focus on three long-ish videos, probably not suitable for brain fog patients. Price seems fair, but is only disclosed after a substantial investment of time and you can't try out the different session types... with no monthly option or trial, this may be too big an investment for a group too ill to work. Maybe a gift subscription setup? Approach seems likely to help, though. Needs captions!

I'm so glad I discovered Freeme. It's been an incredible and invaluable resource in my long covid recovery. I haven't found this set of resources brought together anywhere else and I truly believe it has been instrumental in the huge progress I've made in the few months since using the app. I would happily pay the membership fee time and time again it's been that good. And there's a no quibbles money back guarantee so you've really got nothing to loose and everything to gain. Go for it!!

this app was a total game changer for me, to go from no hope to being in control of my symptoms, it made so much sense to me and I would highly recommend it, I'm doing so much better now , I like how simple it is to use and how they use easy to understand terms instead of medical jargon that I didn't understand, I'm so glad I found something that made sense to me and actually worked
