After taking multiple attempts of JNCIS-ENT test 1 and 2, I have had multiple times where test results simply didn't populate... blank screen. Also there's no history, and no way to go back without resetting the test. It would be nice to be able to compare past attempts. I want to pay for premium, but the app isn't giving me confidence that it'll work properly, and at the cost for premium, that's an issue. Looking to take JNCIP-ENT in the next couple of months...
Videos aren't expandable to full screen, not good for viewing on a phone, only good on large tablets or a PC. Practice exams don't have any study mode options where you can see if you got an answer right or wrong after each answer, have to fully complete the exam. Needs work to be more useful on a phone, exams need more options to be used as a study tool. Also, where are the most recent certification study guides? I expect a study tool to have them to read on the app or to download as a pdf.
Update: Now seeing constant crashing when you try to set up a new account within the app. I find it hard to believe that Juniper took a great app and absolutely ruined it and basically made it unusable. Absolutely ridiculous.
I'm pretty disappointed I'm the "updated" version. The content has been neutered. All of the functionality that I was using (JNCIA practice tests) are gone. I think it's great that Juniper had such a great practice app, and it was wonderful that it was offered for free; but now it seems to have very little in the way of practical uses.
Totally disappointed with last change. This is not upgrade, this is completely new approach, and I don't like it at all. App go-live was even worse, you could send notification to end users or at least update 'Junos Genius' training section on the web page. It's still not updated btw. And under new features I don't'see that you said: - Ouch yeah, some stuff that were free before are not anymore. Junos Genius was an excellent and simple application to help us to prepare for IS level certification exams. I know where I can find learning bytes and other documentation, I don't need confused-look application for this.
