Livevo runs your PG, hostel or co-living space from one app. Owners, managers, wardens, staff, guards and residents each get their own view, so nobody needs a second app.

FOR OWNERS AND MANAGERS
• Beds and rooms: properties, rooms, a live bed map, check-in, move, notice and vacate, deposit ledger, waitlist and bed holds.
• Rent: monthly or custom billing cycles, bill runs with a preview, part payments, late fees, reminders, receipts and annual statements. Residents pay your own UPI ID and enter the UTR; you verify it in one tap. No payment gateway fees.
• Complaints and maintenance with SLA tracking, notices with push alerts, mess menu, guest meals, rules, FAQs and documents.
• Expenses, profit and loss, dues ageing and reports you can export.
• GST invoices, TDS records, bank statement matching and Tally or Zoho exports for your accountant.
• Staff: roles and permissions, attendance, duty roster and payroll.
• Leads and a public page for your PG, with enquiry links and referrals.
• Agreements: house rules, reference agreement templates and typed-name e-signing.

FOR RESIDENTS
• See your rent, pay by UPI and download receipts.
• Raise complaints, read notices, skip a meal or add a guest meal.
• Approve visitors, create gate passes and out-passes, and use SOS.
• Your tenant passport and rent history certificate with a QR check.

FOR GUARDS AND STAFF
• Gate console: visitors, parcels, passes, curfew log and headcount.
• Housekeeping, laundry, assets and maintenance schedules.

SAFETY AND PRIVACY
• ID proof images stay in private storage, visible only to the resident and the PG owner or managers, and are deleted after exit. Livevo never stores Aadhaar or other ID numbers.
• Guardian alerts and attendance need the resident's consent.

LANGUAGES: English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil and Kannada.

PLANS: Start free with up to 20 beds. PRO plans for larger PGs are billed through Google Play and include a 2-month trial. Residents never pay.
