TracAny is a shared expense and project ledger for partners, teams and organisations. Record income and expenses against projects, see who paid what, settle balances and download clean reports, in any currency, on phone, tablet and web.

WHY TRACANY
Spreadsheets get messy and chat groups lose numbers. TracAny keeps every partner on the same page: one ledger per project, a full history of every edit, and balances that always add up.

LEDGER
- Organisations and projects, each with its own income, expenses and balance
- Add income and expenses with category, partners, notes and receipt photo
- Edit, duplicate, delete and restore. Every change is recorded: who changed what, and when
- Duplicate detection warns you before the same entry is saved twice
- Agreements between partners: loans, advances and instalments with a progress bar
- Settle up: see exactly who owes whom with the fewest payments

ANY COUNTRY, ANY CURRENCY
- Pick your country and currency in Settings. 150+ currencies and 200+ countries
- Each entry keeps its own currency. Totals are never mixed between currencies
- Number and money formats follow your country

DASHBOARDS
- Income vs expenses by month, cash flow, category mix and project profit and loss
- Partner balances, top expenses and trends, every chart with a table
- Filter by project, dates, category and currency

SMART INSIGHTS
- Forecast of the next months with a confidence range
- Unusual spending alerts and duplicate warnings
- Runway: how long your cash lasts at the current pace
- Budgets with alerts, and recurring entries that post by themselves

AI ASSISTANT (PREMIUM)
- Type "paid 40 USD to Sam for cement yesterday" and review the entry before saving
- Scan a receipt on your phone to fill in amount and date
- Ask questions about your ledger and get a monthly summary
Numbers always come from your ledger. AI can make mistakes, so review before you save.

EXPORT YOUR DATA
- Choose the data (transactions, projects, balances, agreements, categories)
- Tick exactly the fields you need, then download as CSV, Excel, PDF, Word or JSON
- Save your favourite field choices for next time

Free to start, with ads on phones. Value and Premium plans unlock the full toolset, and Premium removes ads. Plans cover your whole organisation.
