== MY COUNCIL SERVICES ==
This application works for every council in the UK. Information is either sent via email or is loaded directly into the councils IT management system. The issues are then resolved by the by your council.

== OVERVIEW ==
Have you walked past the same graffiti on the wall for the last month thinking someone should call the council, or have you driven over the same pot hole swerving to avoid damaging your car. Well unless someone tells the council they are never going to know.

My Council Services enables you to capture the details of an issue or incident that is then automatically submitted to the council.

You can submit reports for issues such as;

== HOW DO YOU SUBMIT A REPORT? ==
To submit a report you must capture certain information.

- Select the category of the report.
- Complete the questions.
- Capture the evidence, either a photo or video.
- Enter the location.
- Submit the report.

== HOW DOES IT WORK? ==
The report is sent to the council for them to action. Once they have completed the work to resolve the issue you receive an email showing the details of the report.

I failed with my first report. I tried to report fly tipping on a footpath that is not near a street. It was impossible to enter the location as it would only accept a street address even though I pinpointed it on the map - it defaulted to the nearest street address 150m away. It should allow you to pinpoint the address on the map (and these days accept a what3words location also). Many reportable issues are not necessarily at a street address. I will not be using this again probably.

crashes as soon as i put my council in so can't send report in. Last app update on the 29 December 2016... please can you either update the app or take it off the store as the way it is now is no use to anyone.

I've tried multiple times to change my address and it won't update. I've deleted cache and data and reinstalled. Nothing changes, how do we know our reports are anonymous?
