About this app

MyCovenantHealth helps patients stay informed and take a more active role in their health. Through the MyCovenantHealth mobile app, patients have easy, real-time access to Covenant Health’s online portal, which shows your latest health care information and provides services needed to plan and understand your care.

Once Covenant Health grants you access to the online portal and creates an account for you, simply sign into the MyCovenantHealth mobile app with your MyCovenantHealth username and password. If you have access to multiple Covenant Health hospital and medical practice portals, you can view all participating portals through the app.

The MyCovenantHealth app allows you to connect with your care team to:
• Securely message your provider
• Schedule and manage upcoming appointments
• Access medical information, including laboratory results, medications, health issues, allergies, immunizations, and other health records.

If you need assistance accessing your existing account, visit MyCovenantHealth.com for support options. Contact your medical provider directly regarding questions about your health record. Personal health inquiries or concerns posted as comments in the App Store cannot be addressed.

Minimal Info I was trying to find results of my tests, but couldn't find them anywhere. So I decided to use their chat button. Once it was my turn, I explained what I was looking for & she kept insisting there was a very clearly marked button to click, but it's not there! She kept saying go to the home page & click on "my results" at the top; THERE IS NO SUCH BUTTON! So after struggling with it for an hour, I found it hidden in another hidden menu. But it hadn't been updated in months. 😯😠😡

Pure junk My wife and I use the same email address and it won't allow both of us to set up. Her's set up okay but I can't set mine up using the same email address even though that's what is on both our records, so I tried to use a different email address but because all my records have the other email address I can't set up an account using a different email address. whomever developed this software leaves a lot to be desired

This app is easy to use. I have access to my lab results quickly and I able to compare with previous results. I have not been using the app long, so I can't comment on the other features yet. I am sure that this app will become more and more useful as time goes on.
