The new version is very buggy. It was a struggle signing in, and on access I find out that other than my name and phone number and email address, all of my information has been wiped: no order history, no delivery addresses, no wishlists - nothing. The WhatsApp number provided to chat with seems like a bot that can't do much other than give auto replies. This version was released prematurely. The UI is good but UX is pathetic. Please work on it fast!

The worst app ever made. No one responds to any/all phone numbers indicated in the app - clients are rerouted to automated answering machine that doesn't solve any problems at all. The app doesn't accept payment by visa credit card. Very frustrating and totally unacceptable for a big company i.e. MY DAWA.

One word, Unreliable! This is especially for card payment. Their system does not actually take card information to make a successful transaction. There is no problem with my card, I use it every single day and also just used it the day before yesterday in Singapore. Upon reaching customer care, they say I contact my bank. I could only just laugh. Came here to give my review and saw others with the same experience. I could say more on delivery information.
