We used day trip for 3 trips in the Balkans, and all 3 trips were great! live the ability to invite stops and made the whole process very simple. It's a bunch of low intelligence goons from Europe who think they know the world well enough to book contracted drivers around the world. They changed drivers on us 3 times, then canceled and left us stuck at the Belize border and are trying to charge us anyway. They are trying to apply a 1 hour wait time for drivers and 36 hours before for any changes when transport isn't that reliable here. Take your hotel shuttle or book locally. Everyone else will wait if something comes up.
