Worst payment app I've ever used. You charge your wallet but you can't even pay for the charity. it always give you all the cards you added as first option, without allowing you to set default payment option for a fast payment. just another useless payment app without creativity.

The user interface is good, but the quality of the support is zero, so far there is no response, I used to pay more bills, but after three days, the bills are not even paid at all, and the SMS is cut off by the SMS department, no one answers what happened, why the payment was not made, a bill Even though it was not paid at all, I paid again separately due to lack of response

I had ordered some items through "Digijet" but the supermarket canceled the order due to some online issues (they said). But instead of processing the refund to my bank account (as I had chosen when registering for DigiKala), I received a message that the money had been deposited into my "DigiPay". The thing is I had not installed DigiPay. Such tricks to force your customers to install the app is really low. I had to install the app to transfer my money and un-installed it as soon as possible
