Giving the app 5 stars but wifi at my 24 Hour 2 stars. Have issues off and on not only listening but wifi service in general. Manager keeps stating they are upgrading soon. The app works great when wifi is strong. I sent a note to the app developers and they were very responsive and explained the wifi issue in the club and not an issue with the app. There is a unit connected to the clubs network and dependent on it. Would be great if there is another way to get sound to the phones without wifi.

Thank you for contacting us Mark. All "audio over WiFi" systems on the market are typically connected to the facilities WiFi network. Most common issues stem from not connecting to the correct network or inconsistent WiFi service. We don't control the WiFi networks but strive to assist all facilities with AppAudio in correcting their WiFi issues.
Mostly happy with this app. I use it at my health club, to watch the tvs at the club, while on the treadmill. 97% of the time it works. Occasionally it doesn't work, so I can't watch tv while working out. Not sure if it is a problem with my cellphone, the wifi or the app.

Thanks for the feedback. You are actually connecting to the facilities Wi-Fi so if they are having an issue with Wi-Fi you won't be able to use the App.
I have used the app for 2 years, no problems, loved it. This last update where I noticed the icon changing, since this update, it does not work. I am going to uninstall and reinstall tomorrow when I go to the gym. Other than that, I have no idea on how to get it to work again
