It could be great app. Firstly, the delay of the app compared to device action makes everything confusing. Then the reading from solar is wildly different, almost random- sometimes matching the inverter, but mostly not. Scheduled charging-it would be awesome if the charger could hand-shake with car and confirmed it is an authorized vehicle allowed to charge, instead of need to start the session in the app. Often app shows device offline where app restart is required to resolve.

It's an OK app. You can see how much energy (Kwh) you've used and allows you to put energy costs in for specific tariffs and times, but then doesn't show any £ costings for sessions. This is a big let down. I've friends with different EV charges which will do this. They also keep pushing 'Gridpay' which seems a non starter. No pricing info. No specific info on how it works.

While the app and the chargers in general are quite good and reliable, this rating is given because the customer support is just non existent unless you spend 45 minutes waiting on a phone call queue. AI can't answer half of the questions I needed answering or the help I required. Honestly, pull your socks up myEnergi, you money grabbing scrimpers. You're making the EDF help line look good! and yet you used to be top notch and helpful.
