Great app. Keeps me honest and accountable for what I am actually eating every day. When I am over my color goal I can look back to see what I actually ate that put me over....is: processed food! Checks and balances for calorie intake and subtracts net calories with exercise performed. Very motivating and helpful to stay on tra K of my goals.
Pretty Great My only suggestion honestly is add an option for tracking something "other" that you can name, like taking meds or supplements. And maybe just make water tracking show up on the meals list, even as an optional thing. Even so, good work! 👌
My goto to get back on track MFP is how I get back on track after I put on unwanted pounds. Pregnancy, the holidays, hardships, normal love of food...I have lots of reasons for getting fat. Over the past several years, MFP has helped me return to a better, more disciplined self.
Could improve Bring back the editing for ingredients in the recipe section. You can't just edit the quantity of the listed ingredients already. Copying meals is also not that handy compared to iOS. You can only copy as same meal and not that far in advance.
Interface and compatibility is good but... I hate having to login each time I open the app. Why can't it just keep me logged in like every other app out there.
Very helpful app. Using this app has helped me with tremendous weight loss and control over my type 2 diabetes. Easy to use. Huge food database. Pairs well to fitbit and other fitness trackers.
