Love it. This app makes it so easy to keep track of calories. I love that it connects to my Garmin to adjust my calorie needs for the day. I haven't ventured in much past the calorie and nutrition tracker but I will at some point. The only feature I wish the app supported is being able to adjust my start and end of day. As I work second shift, my days do not usually end until around 3 in the morning so I have to make sure that anything I eat after midnight goes on 'yesterdays' log. But that isn't a huge problem. Over all I think it's great.
I recently rejoined after a long hiatus (and substantial weight gain). There are many updates that make logging so much easier. There are a lot of new features that I feel help to keep a person motivated. I've been back on for a week, and logging has been easy and quick. I actually look forward to logging all of my meals, water, and exercise! Have lost 4# in the first week just by paying attention to my calories again.
Love the concept of the app! Although there is one major flaw in the app, and that is that some of the food items that come up when you search to add food to your diary have calorie counts that are WAY off. I now feel like I can't trust the information in this app. I think it would very worthwhile for the app developers to go through the food items already in the system and verify the calorie amounts recorded for them.
Hard to figure out logging meals at first. Eventually got used to it. Forced to buy full version to get any usable features if you need to focus on anything other than calories. Forced into ongoing subscription payments rather than a one time purchase. Therefore, the second a better option comes along, I'm gone!
Fantastic app! Keeps me 100% accountable for what I'm eating. Also made me realize how many hidden calories I was actually eating beforehand and never realized. Helps take the guesswork out of my eating plan for macronutrients as I'm trying to eat specific amounts of carbs, fats and proteins. Have gotten fantastic results from simply logging my food like I used to in my food diary except by using this app - it does all the breakdowns of calories, macro and micronutrients for me! Very happy, would definitely recommend it.
It's a great app, when it works. It refuses to open most days and has become increasingly infuriating. I'm using a galaxy s8+ to run it so everything should still be supported. The only reason it's still on my phone is it's integration with my fit bit. Hoping someone figures out how to keep this app from continually crashing every time I open it. And yes, I have reinstalled it multiple times.
