Great app. Keeps me honest and accountable for what I am actually eating every day. When I am over my color goal I can look back to see what I actually ate that put me over....is: processed food! Checks and balances for calorie intake and subtracts net calories with exercise performed. Very motivating and helpful to stay on tra K of my goals.
Great tool for weight loss Since I started using myfitnesspal consistently I have lost 65 lbs in 6 months by focusing on calories in and out. It has fixed my eating habits and is helping me recover from 6 years of being completely sedentary due to a medical condition. It is amazing seeing the difference in my pictures from January to now. The only bug I have with it is that the exercise tracking does not always pick up from Google Fit.
Pretty Great My only suggestion honestly is add an option for tracking something "other" that you can name, like taking meds or supplements. And maybe just make water tracking show up on the meals list, even as an optional thing. Even so, good work! 👌
Basically perfect (when bugs don't interfere) The real magic of this app is the ability to sync with other apps like Google Fit (which sometimes breaks) and misfit. It is also excellent for custom recipe creation. For an even more seamless experience, try using the widget for fast upc scanning
My goto to get back on track MFP is how I get back on track after I put on unwanted pounds. Pregnancy, the holidays, hardships, normal love of food...I have lots of reasons for getting fat. Over the past several years, MFP has helped me return to a better, more disciplined self.
Could improve Bring back the editing for ingredients in the recipe section. You can't just edit the quantity of the listed ingredients already. Copying meals is also not that handy compared to iOS. You can only copy as same meal and not that far in advance.
You’ll love what we’ve been cooking up here at MyFitnessPal!
With a dash of bug fixes, a sprinkle of performance updates, and a pinch of improved reliability, you’ll want to take a big bite out these changes. And maybe even go back for seconds.
We hope you enjoy and happy tracking!
