Did not work. I tried several times to get the app set up for use, but it locked up everytime. 😭
Best nutrition app This is the best nutrition tracker I've ever some across. You can create your own meals and add the brands you use if the site doesn't have it (unlikely). The scan code is helpful so I don't have to search for a food I just ate. The exercise tracker only counts calories used for cardio however and not for strength training.
Awesome I love this app I use it in conjunction with my "fitbit" and I'm getting great results. I also found out I could sync my fitbit to my fitness pal it's been working very well for me. But fitbit only sends my steps not weight lifting. So in order for me to understand my calorie intake for the day I log it in MFP then it crosses over to fitbit as a summary, then fitbit will tell me how many calories I have left. I've found this is the best method. I tried to use fitbit as a food log however MFP is far superior
Easy app + excellent diet plan This program is 5 stars all around. The app is fast, easy to use, and full of functionality - for free. When compared to Lose It!, myfitnesspal includes much more functionality without enrolling in a premium plan. The dietary plan it produces for you is fool-proof. Stick to it, do the activity level you pick, and you will lose weight. This was the first program I've done where working out isn't only recommended, but it ADDS calories, fat, carbs, and protein back to your day's dairy. I've lost 60+ pounds!
Fantastic fitness aid This app makes it super simple to track calories in versus calories out. Its database of foods is pretty extensive, but its seamless syncing with fitbit is what makes it perfect for me. Area for improvement: recipe display. I often can't remember how many portions I divided a recipe into (or if I switch some ingredients). I'd like to be able to view that info after adding the recipe to my list.
Best app ever! Best thing for losing weight ever, better than any slimming group. You can scan any food to see the calories, haven't come across anything that I can't find. Love the fact u can link your exercise to it too. Love that it tells u all the nutrients you've had that day too so u can see what your lacking in. Graphs to follow your progress. Love it ,love it, love it, oh and it's FREE!!! 😀
