The Motivation I Needed I have been trying to lose weight for 5 years since I had to go on a steroid inhaler that increased my appetite and subsequently my girth. This app has finally helped me cut back on my intake. After 10 days I have already lost 3 pounds. Twelve more to go!
Can't Sign Up I've been trying to sign up for the past three days and it keeps giving me an error message after I enter my birthday. Any way to fix this?
Great program! I've been using it for a few years now and it just gets better and better! It contains a rich database of foods which I think are user submitted but appear to be pretty accurate. As a triathlete I like the integration of Garmin with the program as it makes excercise reporting effortless.
Its a good app for real. I like it it helps me keep track of my calories and macros so I can be stay healthy and active. But the only problem I'm having is when I'm not losing weight ,this app won't tell me what I gotta eat and do to help me lose it so I see results. But overall I like this app and it's very helpful.
Needs Improvement Strength training needs to calculate calories. For now will keep using as a guide as it doesn't account for Strength exercises.
I like the simplified lay out. I've tried other apps and came back with myfitnesspal. I've used the app for more than a year, and I see results with its guidance.
