Helpful, lacks features Love this app! First off I am the furthest from a health nut. When I put on a Garmin I had previously never had a fitness anything in my life. This app is convenient and very helpful. It does lack the ability to add foods such as pizza by "slice" and wants you to add by "cup" or "tablespoon" instead in the app. It also locks free users out of a ton of features which is pretty disappointing to me for a health conscious app and yet they take ad money. It is a supportive app more so than most out there.
The best. Period. Thank you for addressing the msft band 2 issue I cant say enough good things about this app. Easy to use no guesswork lost 22 lbs in 6 months i would never use any other app. EDIT 12.3.2016 I was in touch with support as my Microsoft band 2 is not showing as a device that can be added to count steps. After talking with support they verified it indeed doesn't work and that they have a ticket from before they are going to reopen to address this. You guys are NUMBER ONE !! Always have been, always will be.
At first was not sure I was going to be able to use this app. The longer I have used, the more I really like this app. Able to bar scan items easily. Able to add variety of exercises, and review in alpha order. Seems to be a glitch with water entry though. Will add 8 ounces initially, however, next time I go in to add next water entry it is sometimes minus .1 ounce....
Great app full of useful information and abilities. I would of given it a 5 star rating but it doesnt post all of your stats if you are doing a low calore diet. If you are eating less than 1000 calories or so, it states that it could be unsafe and therefore wont post your weight projection or some other data.
Great App Brilliant app for tracking your weight and activity. I've been using it for about a month now. Only negative so far is that it doesn't always sync correctly with paired apps, ie, my Mi Fit and I then have to make manual entries.
Good for tracking macros I'm following a Keto diet and use MFP to track my macro ratios, the pie chart is great along with the daily breakdown of grams for each macro. Downside is that a lot of the foods data is user-inputted which can lead to inaccuracies (Carbohydrates in particular as you don't know if what you have selected is Total or Net). Still, as long as I check against my packaging it's all good.
We’re excited to introduce two brand new features in this release:
• Notification Inbox: Catch up on all your notifications in one simple place including updates about new friend requests, messages, features, and more!
• Meal Photos: Add photos to your custom meals to create a visual record of what you’ve eaten and find inspiration for your next meal.
These changes are rolling out slowly, so don’t worry if you don’t see them in the app yet.
We hope you enjoy and happy tracking!
