Best Nutrition App Out There This app lets you track everything. Everything I learned in my fitness/nutrition courses in college is in this app. I never downloaded any nutrition apps because I used to calculate all that myself because most apps dont go that in depth, but in order to really understand which foods are good and which are bad you have to see the whole complete picture and this app does it. Pie charts and Bars. I highly recommend this app to even the most health concious person.
This app is a life saver I had gastric bypass surgery 2 months ago. This app helps me to keep track of things to insure that I am taking in the right amount of foods.
Love it but I wish they had more exercises posted so I wouldn't have to be researching how much I burn like in lifting weights. Also if they had more restaurant nutritional information that would be great or be able to add things to make a whole meal.
Great app I really enjoy using my fitness pal to track my calories and exercise. It has really improved over the years. The only downfall is that it doesn't carry foods across categories in you "remembered" melas.
Meh... The app's general idea is terrific but the fact that I cannot edit scanned names & amounts is very annoying and frustrating. "Drained and Rinsed" is not the name of the ingredient no matter what it says in brackets.
I like using it. I wish it linked more quickly to my garmin app. Sometimes there is a real time lag but all in all i find the search very easy to use. I like the extra information and recipe ideas too.
