Never had to add a food item in 2 weeks I've lost 4 pounds in 2 weeks because I have my fitness pal keeping me responsible. It takes dedication to enter everything I put in my mouth but there are so many people using it that I haven't had to add a food into the system. From homemade dishes to kneaders desserts it's all there already! It's been very helpful to see how many calories and other macro nutrients are in the foods. Great app. I've been recommending it to my family.
Post Pregnancy Lost 80 lbs on Weight Watchers before getting pregnant, gained 44 lbs during. Only 16 lbs to go and I'm 4 weeks PP ( of course a lot of that was naturally post pregnancy lose). Wanted to save money so got this app, I love it. I also love to Map my run app that it syncs with. No guess calories burned. I do wish there was a setting to add my extra calories in burn and need to eat because of breastfeeding.
This could be a life changer for some...!!! This app has helped me curb my pre marathon eating habits that I could get away with. I'm loosing weight while still training hard and feel invigorated. The scanner and range of verified foods is astonishing and makes it simple. The fact it seamlessly links to STRAVA to update my calorie expenditure for every workout is brilliant. Anyone including personal trainers who need to keep comprehensive food diaries have to get this app.

No matter where I go, I've noticed that everyone has this app. My friends, my teachers, I even over heard someone at panera talking about adding their breakfast on myfitnesspal. Compared to other apps, this is one is the best. It's easy, useful, and you are learning a lot! The best part is, I can find a wide range of foods from this app. From any store to most traditional foods home made. It is my favorite and I love that I can connect it to my fitbit.
This is perfect It has everything. Carb, calorie, fat, and many other break downs of your food entries throughout the day. I can look up any food I've been able to imagine so far. It gives me predictions of how much ill weigh in 5 weeks if I maintain or better my goal. You can adjust your goal weight and things like your goal fat to carb to protein needs for whatever diet you're trying to adhere to. I LOVE this app. Very customisable.
Keeps me honest and on track!! Since I began using the app I have gained a better perspective on how quickly calories add up throughout a day. I also realized I was sabotaging myself despite my hard exercise efforts. I have spent the last 4 years trying to loose a final 5lbs after having my children. After only using the app for 5 weeks I accomplished this goal. I would recommend the app to anyone who is either starting their weight loss journey or those who have hit a plateau. Very easy to use!
