Im doing the keto diet. It helps me keep track of the foods i eat. The app isnt designed for keto food ratios but u can get it close. Its great because i can see exactly the carbs, fats and protein im eating. There's a little room for improvement and in time im sure it will be.
I love this app and has helped me to gain a healthier lifestyle along with understanding what my body really needs to perform my best. I have a chronic illness and this app has helped me bring my blood work down so there is less stress on my organs. Thank you so much. Recently though my fitness pal has stopped syncing with my fitbit, I've tried unlinking the accounts and reminding but still no joy. :(
İ used to love MFP, but not İ cant completey days anymore. İ keep getting an error that the app cant reach the server and yo try again later. İts still a great counter, but the completion made it stand out with the prediction and followers you can share with. İ cant use that option now, think İm switching to a smaller counter app.
I love this app I've already lost 20 lbs in 4 weeks with working out. I had my Fitbit connected to it and now it's not tracking and it won't let me do anything to get it working again please fix this it makes keeping track so much easier it one of my favorite part of this app
Loved it @ first, but now, not so much. Up until last update I could check off all my food and pull it over for what I ate. Now I must over each item that I eat one at a time. Otherwise I would give it a 5. Also please add disc golf as an exercise. Still sucks. Now Everytime it wants to update, it still says the same old thing. Nothing new or better, so much protential.
Great app when it works! Having trouble getting online recently so I can only track foods by barcodes or if they are already in my recent foods or saved meals. Also premium is handy for no ads and the macro nutrient focus BUT severely over priced. If the Internet connection bug isn't fixed when my free trial is done I'll be looking for a new app.
