This is perfect It has everything. Carb, calorie, fat, and many other break downs of your food entries throughout the day. I can look up any food I've been able to imagine so far. It gives me predictions of how much ill weigh in 5 weeks if I maintain or better my goal. You can adjust your goal weight and things like your goal fat to carb to protein needs for whatever diet you're trying to adhere to. I LOVE this app. Very customisable.
Keeps me honest and on track!! Since I began using the app I have gained a better perspective on how quickly calories add up throughout a day. I also realized I was sabotaging myself despite my hard exercise efforts. I have spent the last 4 years trying to loose a final 5lbs after having my children. After only using the app for 5 weeks I accomplished this goal. I would recommend the app to anyone who is either starting their weight loss journey or those who have hit a plateau. Very easy to use!
Great app to help you lose weight and get you into the best shape of your life, very informational and easy to use, I've gone from 239 to 223 in about 2 months. You just need to be committed to your goal, log your daily food intake, adjust your meals according to what it tells you, your lacking or consuming to much of, and lose the weight. If you meal prep its even easier to stay on track of your diet. Only reason I gave it 4 and not 5 is because its not able to sync with other apps on my galaxy 6.
Post Pregnancy Lost 80 lbs on Weight Watchers before getting pregnant, gained 44 lbs during. Only 16 lbs to go and I'm 4 weeks PP ( of course a lot of that was naturally post pregnancy lose). Wanted to save money so got this app, I love it. I also love to Map my run app that it syncs with. No guess calories burned. I do wish there was a setting to add my extra calories in burn and need to eat because of breastfeeding.
Almost perfect This is the ONLY thing that has helped me take control of my diet and really try to make a lifestyle changes rather than merely limit calories. The only thing I could suggest, is a better sync possibility with Fitbit. At the moment it only exports exercise data from my fitness pal to fitbit, not the other way around. But other than that I love it!
Great food selection with nutrition info I'm still learning all the capabilities. I am not fond of the bombardment of pushing the "Premium App". That part might just have me looking into another app. I like that I can support my friends and they can support me. The food options are good and the scan mode is helpful. If you don't eat enough calories (due to busy day) it won't let you complete that day which was a problem so I just added food on to get past it. Trust me I usually want ever last calorie.
