This app and its companion website has the most comprehensive database of foods that I have ever seen. I can count on one hand (literally!) the times I had to manually key in a food item. Although there can be an occasional sync issue, that is not the norm. Get this app if you are serious about tracking your food intake. It's simply the best one you can get and its FREE!
This App is easy to use. You can search just about any food source to log your calories. This App helps me stay focused on my calorie intake in order to reach my weight goal. It's so easy to over eat but with this app you will know exactly how many calories you are eating. This App also tells you if your eating right and will tell you your projected weight loss in 5 weeks based on your current eating habits. I have this app synced with Samsung Health, works great together.. Highly recommend this app if you want to shed a few pounds..
Grate app.I would love it if it would allow me to change the weight as well. The servings are grate can be adjusted but when i want to do the weight it doesn't work.Some bar codes aren't exact so we need to adjust it. And with the quick add button would be super if you could at least write the name like 80 kal carrots. BUT YA SUPEER APP. Give it a try lads will help you alot to stay on track.
Have been using the app for 14 months. I have lost just over 4 stone.... easily. No significant changes to my diet as opposed to a little less on portion size. If you log it honestly and regularly you will make the changes you need to succeed. Love that it connects to my fit bit, if I move more I can eat more! Consume less move more. Back to basics!
This app is truly helping me in my quest for healthy living. Getting older is much easier when you understand what havic your metabolism is doing to you. App is not as easy as I thought it would be but nothing ever is! You just have to play with it. It's got a wealth of info and is helpful in keeping track of where I'm at nutritionally
Only been using it for a week, but I like it. It is easy to use, has a large data base of foods, and is forgiving. I don't feel like I am denying myself food. Instead I feel empowered. The only thing I have to do it keep a daily diary of what I've eaten. It's really that simple. There's no need to count calories when the app does it for you. I've been encouraged enough with week one's results that I will definitely continue to use it.
