Since temporary outage, alarm does not notify my phone when a key fob user arms or disarms. Auto disarm when I arrive home on phone does not notify anymore. Please advise. These features worked great before. United States tech support is non existent no contacts.

After the update to Somfy I have had nothing but issues. Everytime I go into the app I have to login, which takes forever. There is zero storage if you don't pay for their cloud services. (most will give you a small amount even if it was only an hour - which is sad considering the camera itself is capable of three hours of recording without an internet connection). I don't think I will be keeping the system much longer, again it sucks because I purchased the entire system: alarm, camera, extra door sensors. This is the single biggest and most costly mistake on tech that I have ever made. Oh well, live and learn.
I cannot successfully add my camera. Every time it fails to connect. I have followed instructions. Also, "need help?" button within app takes you to a dead link. I'm not in UK, but rather in Canada. Is there a N American help number?
I really need help I've looked everywhere online and I'm trying to set up the security camera but when it scans the barcode and is almost done downloading it says failed and I've tried everything to fix it I have a brand new phone and great internet I don't get it. I need like an alternative app that lets me use the camera.. ...please help
App went from good to bad in an evening. Now all I see is failed to connect to server. Wish I could get my money back now cause the camera isn't cheap but I absolutely can not use it. I have camera alarms going off and can't see who's in my house.
