I wish i could give 0 star. As i am very dissappointed with their services. I have lost my client due to their unprofessional behaviour. We have not used their virtual stapce even for single month and asked for refund of the rent amount. I have agreed with them for refund of at least 6 months of my rent amount. But its been 6 months still no refund has been credited. I am tired of following up with them, but they have not taken any action. Now i am proceeding for legal Action. Dont use this app.

UX needs to improve, they booked it while clicking on book button without showing confirmation for which date you are booking. By default the today's date was selected, without even confirm why you are taking booking. After that there is no way to cancel it or reschedule it. Please improve your app experience without wasting people's money.

I have been booking workspace from last 2 yrs. But whenever there is issue in any space support team gets back with scripted feedback. Today also same thing happened. Leadership team should focus on customer feedback rather scripted mails everytime.
