Device was working, including up to date operating status. Now, I'm getting a message that my device isn't connecting to the Carrier server. It does show it is connected, and then it shows it isn't. It shows it is, and then isn't. This thing is so buggy. And I have no clue how to fix it, and of course, there's nothing online or in the manual to help. Update: I found a note online about how to reboot the thermostat. Hold anywhere on home screen for 10 seconds. Once device was rebooted, connected.

App will tell me that the thermostat is off line. It is not off line. App will indicate the system mode is set to off. Yet it is set to cool. I've tried switching WiFi signals to no avail. This happens to both zones thermostat. The thermostats tell me it is connected to my wifi but disconnected from the Carrier website. Whatever big and small bug fixes you made in your last update, fix your fixes. It worked great before your fixes. I hope I don't need to go back to Nest.

The app periodically doesn't recognize the thermostat. Lately it's stating the thermostat is off line, it's not. I'm very disappointed because I rely on the app at night because I can't go down the stairs easily because of a knee issue. I can't make adjustments at night, so I'm just hot or cold when I am trying to sleep.
