Ratings and reviews

Most of the time I can't get on. If I need to change my payment date, it won't let me in the app. Which results in failed payments. It always tells me somethings wrong and try again later. I try again later and I get the same message but it also says our team is working on it. I have updated, uninstalled and installed and nothing! Are they really working on it? It's getting really frustrating!
