Ratings and reviews

The new Klarna is pointless and predatory. When it began, it was excellent, and as long as you honored your purchase agreements, everything was fine, and your spend limit increased. Now, it's charging fees and percentages for every purchase. They decide when you can and can't buy items. The purchases are delayed. For each purchase, they do a soft credit check. The entire point of this app originally was to avoid all of those things. Now, it's a worse version of the existing split pay apps.

I think it's a great concept, but I'm running into two issues. I ran into a rough financial patch for during covid and, even though I've had perfect repayment history outside of that very short period of time, my limit was drastically reduced. I can also no longer qualify for 6 month financing. The second issue is when the app says it needs to verify my bank before it can approve a purchase and the screen goes white. Been happening for a few months now and I'm unable to verify my bank details.

I removed one star because of the app overhaul. The "PURCHASES" tab is messy now and confusing at quick glance. This needs to be changed. I don't want to see the Total I owe / To Pay /Scheduled / and Completed all in the same page. They all look one in the same when scrolling through them. I like to be able to see all my purchases and transactions clear in separate tabs. Or box the subject matter and create a drop down for each type. That'd be a little cleaner.
