got 3 month free trial with purchase of an ssd, made an account for everything installed ready to start copying and i read my emails... $35+ month plus$38 some odd for... the helluvit? $130 every 3 months?! there's no way a photo app can justify this insane cost! i have photos from the past 15 years so my storage is getting a bit thin, but i think I'll just pay Google or Samsung $1.50 month for the extra storage. don't even think I'll bother copying my photos, subscription cancelled already.

I've had this for over a year and rely on it to work every time. In the past with tech support, they don't resolve issues and don't offer solutions, told me once, "we don't have that hardware to work on your issue." So I backup when I can, but not confident with this software. I still get random app closures( with 3 separate phones) and an sdcard storage crash. They also increased the price...with the same problems. When it works, its great, but it's only ever been 60percent functional, ever.

This app is great for a backup option, but you can't easily access those photos unless everything is online. Otherwise, you get grainy thumbnails at best. Now the app on Android won't even stay open, constantly crashing and saying, "Something went wrong with Mylio Photos Mylio Photos closed because this app has a bug. Try updating this app after its developer provides a fix for this error." That makes the app essentially useless because now I can't even backup the photos from my phone.
