Pretty good app. Would be nice to have larger text on the "7-day forecast" page. Overall I really like this app. It has everything you'd want in a weather app. Plus, the forecast is often more accurate than other local and national reports. ... However -- in the new layout the text on the "7-Day Forecast" page is way Too Small. Especially the high & low temps and % chance precipitation... (pretty important info!). It's hard to read on a small phone display. There's plenty of empty space on the page to make the text larger, that would make it a 5-star app!
Alert Settings Don't Save I've set my alert settings t times now and I can't seem to get those settings to save, always reverts to defaults (all). Getting really annoying, enough to uninstall soon. Lots of other UX usability issues.
Mostly awesome Dig the bells and whistles, faster than loading website, but forecast details area doesn't always load. Would be nice to add precip. percentages on 7 Day, but it's on the daily forecast. Updated version still is buggy on forecast details section. It never loads on a busy weather day, and rarely on a boring weather day. Please consider summary map so we geeks can see fronts and jet stream. Thanks! Update: on 3/14/16, Forecast Details section still buggy, even after re-installation.
Repeated error messages Admittedly it has been a busy day for weather alerts. My phone notifies me of an alert but then the app repeatedly gave me an error message. "There was a problem retrieving your alerts." Annoying.
Does what I need it to It tells me an accurate weather forecast.
Sporadically works... I wouldn't call this weather when I need it.
