I NEVER get any alerts now. I have everything enabled on my phone and the app, but still never get any alerts. So very disappointed. I started seeing this issue a couple of years ago while having a different phone & carrier service. Hoped it was due to that. Can see now it's an app issue and doesn't seem anyone is fixing the issue. They push this app anytime there is severe weather but it's pretty useless if you don't get the alerts.

Used to love the app. The radar is great and the inclusivity of many weather widgets like updates from the crew or stories involving the storms are great. BUT, and it's a big but, my app has failed to retrieve the hourly forecast 90% of the time. That's really what I need to know. When will it rain today? No clue because it doesn't say. I've tried on perfect wifi and on 5G data. Neither fix this bug. If it gets fixed I will reevaluate my rating because everything else would make it 5 stars.

I've been using the new app since it rolled out, much improved from the last! I love it. Reliable, easy to find info right from the open screen, amazing radar. I even use the radar when we travel by vehicle to Wisconsin to keep track of storms. It has saved us from getting stuck in a few horrible storms this past summer. Not to mention(and probably most importantly) it's the most accurate of the many weather apps I've tried. Thank you! ❤ eta: it's also "lightening" fast! 😉😂
