I was apprehensive with so many negative reviews. I downloaded and logged right in without any issues. I was able to see and do everything that I needed to as before. my one complaint is that I have a number transactions that say POS withdrawal- but that's generic and doesn't help me manage things because I cant remember if that was a debit purchase at a gas station, grocery, etc.

I'm not real impressed. If you enter password in wrong twice it will lock you out. And trust me when I say customer service isnt that friendly when you have to call. And phone or app wont let me transfer money and that was a requirement. One more issue or craptastic service and I will probably go to Richland Bank.

Unable to log in most of the time, freezes everytime, has lots of problems. Well a month later I'm trying again and no different, freezes when entering user name. I guess they don't care, after this long
