This is the most annoyingly useless and dumbest app. We tried to use our current account, it didn't work. It asked us to click "forget password" even though we remember it. It won't verify or let us change the password either. No win situation. We tried to create a new account. It also didn't work, because it keeps asking for verification. Although we already verified everything repeatedly.

Currently the new app is broken. When trying to log in, states my account is deactivated but it's not. I, myself, haven't closed any accounts nor beyond deliquesce on payments. I received the email for my dues yet I can't enter the app to view and pay for my bills. Such an inconvenience and disappointment. It's 2025 po, these important apps shouldn't be as broken as things are. Especially the amount they charge customers in misc and additional fees monthly. It's more fun in the Philippines.

I terminated our current account to transfer to a new one. Now it turns out I can't add my new one if I'm not verified. I tried going through the verification process. But they only have 4 options for valid ids in the app, not including passport. I kept getting declined. I reached out to the support, and they have provided the full list of ids they can accept, which include valid id passport. It's weird, that they don't have that option in the app. The current app is stupid and useless.
