6. Get energy efficiency tips and updates on exclusive appliance promos with Bright Ideas
7. Find the nearest Meralco Business Center or Bayad Center
Please note that the Meralco Mobile app requires access to the following services to operate properly:
* Camera: Allows the Meralco Mobile app to access your device’s camera. You can use your camera to take photos and upload together with your reports on brownouts, busted lights, leaning poles, etc.
* Storage: Allows the Meralco Mobile app to access the media library of your device for you to attach photos / videos when reporting brownouts, busted lights, leaning poles, etc.
* Location: Allows the Meralco Mobile app to access your location to show nearby Meralco Business Centers and Bayad Center branches.

Tried logging in using the credentials from the old app, but they didn't migrate my account to the new meralco app. Created a new account, followed their instructions and it prompted that they'll send an email - never received one; so I tried logging in but it keeps prompting "Sorry, this account has been deactivated" even if I didn't do anything. App has better UI features and the design's modern & all, but the UX & backend is really bad. Please test further before launching.

Buggy app. Feels like the QA didn'
