The MyMotive App gives you complete control of your lower back and knee relief therapy. Paired with the Motive device, the App allows you to start Motive therapy sessions, track your progress, and manage your personalized therapy treatments.

when I first downloaded And started using the app, I was surprised by the low rating. I thought it was great! setup was easy and everything was smooth. However, the second time I went to use it, it won't even open. I restarted my phone, I force closed it. I tried repeatedly that day and then 3 other times over the last week. It won't open at all on my android. I reported to customer service and never heard back on what the issue was and was told to use a dif device. iPhone "seems" to work

Extremely clunky app for such an expensive device. The app requires the user to sign in each time they use it in addition to an emailed access code. The app frequently crashes and is slow. *Update* the app now requires that I uninstall and reinstall it each time I use it. Otherwise it is in perpetual load mode. Force stopping doesn't do the trick

The app has to be uninstalled and reinstalled each time I want to use it. It just spins like it is loading otherwise. The device also did not follow the therapy pulsing like normal and just kept pulsing with no break between. Latest android I'm very happy with the support I've received. although the app isn't fixed yet, I know it is limited to very few android users and will be updated eventually.
