The Muse EEG headset measures brain activity, while the app helps in learning to regulate it, resulting in improved brain performance.

Once available only in highly specialized clinics, brain training (neurofeedback) is now accessible everywhere.

Myndlift is exceptional. It was somewhat difficult at the first attempt, but I learned quickly on the trial version. I'm enrolled in college and can't wait until I can buy the paid version. The Muse app is great and very beneficial. This uses different techniques and concentration.
