Very bad customer support. Very disappointing. I ordered a Clarks boots and I got one with different color and now its difficult to return it because the color doesn't match. I mean yeah I know thats why I want to return it in the first place. And the box was tored completely and apparently thats my fault. And I ordered another boots from another brand and the one I got was of different style and I kept it anyway because who would want to get into this mess. Last order ever from myntra.

Lately the app has been fairly buggy. When viewing an item in cart and then going back to the shopping cart, the page refreshes for some reason and then moves to the top of the list instead of the item last viewed, which is pretty inconvenient. Wishlist is inconsistent as well, shows the option to add to collections sometimes but not always. Seems like Myntra can't make its mind up about many features.

App is good. It's impossible to know the quality of the product just by looking at the image. Many times images looks good but the product many not be of good quality or does not look good on me. So had to return the product. In the beginning there were no rules on how many we can return. Now they are charging 299₹ for each order saying I have returned too many items. Because of this reason am giving this rating
