Ratings and reviews

App sucks... even while making an internal transfer between two accounts (both of which are mine) it shows one account minus the money immediately, but doesn't show the other account credited for over a day at times. They have auto-fill options for repayment of one's overdraft account, the options are, min payment, balance, but neither of those is the payoff balance. They're trying to leave you on the hook for whatever pennies they can earn in interest.

Broken again. This is the 2nd day within a week. It presents a message saying to use their website if having app problems. No way, really? Never occurred to me... Anyways, the new interface is okay. Using the Zelle module can be a little wonky. I like being able to use biometric login and the instant balance feature.

Mostly works as expected and has been improved a lot since app was updated. One suggestion with regards to Zelle section: Even though I have auto transfer on checking from savings and plenty of available funds in that, I accidently tried to make a Zelle payment from checking without first confirming balance and rather then give me a warning of insufficient funds, Zelle just suspended that acct. This should be a very easy programming tweak that would eliminate an honest mistake like mine.
