I've attempted to use this app since being told by my restaurant they use it, and had several issues. First after setting up the account, I had to reset my password through my business,as the app can not do it. It just opens a Web page with prompts that dont help reset a password. Overall, very difficult to use as it doesn't work most of the time, has errors displayed and had to reinstall many times. I also contacted live chat but they requested a client id, which I cannot access or have.

Totally agree with the reviews below. The app glitches a lot and sometimes cannot enter my shifts into the app for days and I have to re-enter data multiple times before it saves and even then it does not sync to my supervisor. It is not easier to use at all. The previous version was definitely easier with the whole week in view. The other thing that is tedious with this new version is adding the breaks, with time started and ended rather than just adding 30 min.

the 'forgot password' link takes you to a page that tells you that to reset the password you need to go back and press the 'forgot password' link. I have had trouble this week with submitting timesheets, getting the successful submission page and then are missing from the page. there is no support line or email they want your support to be answered from one of the articles that they offer, which DOESN'T have all of the problems that they have-specificly the two I have mentioned here.
