Getting dusty Contacts are useful. Not much else offered except PayDirect "support" (patchy at best). Not being able create quotes is quite amazingly poor. Considering what we pay in monthly subscriptions for main software it would be nice to see some development. It's been years since any improvements... Not providing value here guys
Limited functionality Would help to be able to choose salesperson. Also payroll, quotes, purchases and banking should be standard inclusions. This is not news to MYOB based on previous reviews and their response in March last year indicating quotes would be coming soon. Considering the amount of money MYOB makes i would think retaining their customer base would be a no brainer. Pick up your game MYOB.
Really lacking in functionality This app so under developed compared to competitors in 2016. Invoices and Contacts just simply does not cut the mustard anymore. We really need features like reconciliation, expenses and quotes. Over the last couple of years development seems to have become stagnant with no proposed features coming to light. Please MYOB give this neglected product some desperately needed TLC and give us these critical features.
Limited functionality Would like to see more features to not only see money coming and going but create tasks to help us work on the go. Really need ability to create a quote, need a calendar to stay organised and the all these details should be viewable under a contacts name as well.
Cannot access orders or quotes.. it is missing so many features.. mmmm and slow even on 4G You have said you are working on this.. 12 months has passed and it still is no better. Quickbooks is so much better.. i am going to change..
Next to useless Only use it to check credit status. Can't raise quote or turn to a sales order. Can't even have the techs finish a job and turn the sales order into an invoice. Gave up waiting for the ever coming updates. I issued the techs with cheap windoze tablets wifi tethered to their phone data. For less than $100 each they now have full control over their work flow.
