Keep track of your workout, and in a glance, understand the effects of it!
Myonix offers you simple and swift input of activities in a workout diary. For every activity you enter, you’ll see the muscle and cardio effect, and simply input your personally experienced strain level on a four level scale with a few taps, and time for cardio activities.
You can plan workout sessions including strain levels, and then input the actually performed strain level, along with notes per activity.
In the status view, you can track how your aggregated workout affects your muscles day to day, and a cardio meter that registers cardio workout. Recently performed workout results in red markup, which over time gets purple and back to plain blue. The ActivityMeter gives you a snapshot over how active you are.
Myonix contains all types of workout activities, as for instance power walk, yoga and usual sports, but also strength workout exercises with or without equipment, and ordinary gym classes.
You can filter activities per muscle group, exercise type and equipment. Favourite activities can be set and you can also buy extra activity packages in the package shop. Both free and extra paid activities are increasing in numbers so you'll easily find stuff that motivates and suits you.
