Step 3 - Where the clever stuff happens. Once your symptoms and the severity has been checked. Your therapy goal will be determined. You’ll be offered 2 psychologists to choose from, you will be able to read all about them in their profile, see experience and background information.
Once you’ve picked your psychologist and entered your payment details using a credit card or private insurance, you can then book a 30-minute initial video consultation. This will help you get to know each other and ensure the fit is suitable for both of you. You can then discuss next steps and the number of sessions required. Ongoing sessions will be 50 minutes each. Remember all interactions are encrypted and subject to strict client/psychologist confidentiality.
