Initially, everything was working smoothly with the app. However, about two weeks ago, I decided to sell some of my stocks. Since the 27th, I have not received any update. The shares are gone, and the funds have left my account with no trace or explanation. I have contacted customer service multiple times via calls and emails, providing evidence of the completed transactions, yet no one has responded or followed up. This level of service is unacceptable.

Good morning, The app has been smooth, up and running until this morning. I have not been able to login to the app successfully to check things out this morning. It keeps logging me in and out immediately. I have cleared catches, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and tried logging in again but it keeps tripping off back to the page where I will enter my email address and my password. Please, what do I do? I anticipate a quick response from you. Thank you.

I bought a commercial paper on Oct 15 (settled Oct 17), but it took nearly a week before it even appeared on my profile — and when it did, it was wrongly split between a commercial paper and a treasury bill I never bought. To make it worse, the rate shown was around 17% instead of the 19%+ advertised. I came back to this platform hoping things had improved, but the experience has been slow, inaccurate, and disappointing.
