For a free app this is great, especially for tracking stress and mood. I also like that there are podcasts and more basic meditations. I do think they need to be separated though as one of the podcasts turned into a meditation which was not what I was looking out for at the time, maybe a separate category for this would be useful. One thing I think may be dangerous for some people (especially with EDs) is categorising your meals as good, okay, and bad. There is nuance to nutrition.

Out of about a dozen mental health care apps I've tried, this is hands down the best! Free to use. No paid versions. No ad pop ups. Just pure helpful info at your fingertips 24/7. This is the only app I can recommend to anyone looking for any level of mental health care, regardless of where you are in your personal journey. (There's even a fair bit of physical care/exercise info & routines included.)

I enjoy it so far. it's been three days. Today I didn't follow though with the night routine, but it's my Saturday. I wish there was more videos to listen to, and perhaps a little bit more on sleep procrastination. One of my major problems is knowing that I need sleep. However, I tend to "buy back time". I also would love a routine check list, for bedtime not just the morning after. "Don't forget to do these items before sleep. " That would help me out tremendously. I really do love it so far.
