While I've loved this app for a while, all of a sudden the tracking data has become corrupted... it's put entire weeks of mood and sleep logs under the same day. They don't let you make logs more than 3 months prior, meaning I can't even manually fix all the logs, and they don't even provide a way to fix the date of sleep logs so... I'm just stuck with that corrupted data. The only option I have to fix that is to fully restart/reset the app and lose all my data. Disappointed and discouraged.

As someone who is physically disabled, exercising or any prolonged physical activity can be painful, tiring and cause me fatigue throughout the day. I can go on the occasional walk and bike ride which I'm sure to log in the app but I can also put events that had a lot of walking, physical therapy, etc. I like that the app doesn't restrict you to specific answers in any of the journals/logs. I struggle with my mental health too and this app gives me well organized resources to guide me :)

This is a very thoughtful and helpful app. I was using a different app that kept wanting me to pay the upgrade. This app is far more in-depth and it's free. The never nag I too purchase or upgrade. Having been in therapy most of my life, I find that a daily practice of using the features in this app, had been nearly as effective as my professional experience. Of course, never avoid live personal help in emergencies. But for daily practice and to explore your personal growth, this is wonderful.
