Completely useless app. Worked the first day I set it up with no problem, but IT NEVER WORKED AGAIN. It failed me at my doctor's office, failed me when my test results came in, and failed when I tried to set up a new appointment. The app relentlessly crashes, freezes, or tries "loading" endlessly. I just opened it, logged in, and was asked to write a review, and anyone want to take a guess what it did? Exactly, it froze and failed to work again. So here's your review. Now, I'm uninstalling it.

Three stars for the information being there. Minus 3 stars (let's just say I rounded) for an absolutely broken user experience when trying to pay a bill. Even after logging in, the app couldn't show me a bill without a 15? Digit bill number. So I chose the option that I didn't have it. Then it required my birthdate, zip code, and either (an email address or phone number - either of which had to be on file with them) - so that they could send a verification code, which was never sent to either.

very poorly designed app. I don't have an iPhone or the latest and greatest Galaxy phone but it's still a decent Android. Every time I open this app, it errors. I spent a very long time just trying to get logged in. Once I did get logged in, I didn't see any place to schedule an appointment. I ended up just walking in for my blood test. While looking around on the app, I found a button to click on if I wanted to pay a bill. Guess there's no problem with that part. I'll find once I get a bill.
