Terrible at logging in. Ill put in all of my information correctly, it will then "log me in" then immediately log me out. Then for some reason, it will say "Invalid state" while putting in my information. I have no idea what that means, especially with all of my log in information correct. And now I've been blocked out of my account thanks to the app not working.

App never works right, and every time I log in, it loads for a while and right back to the login screen. I have to use a computer if I want to view my account. **Update: They have a feedback tab, and when you click it, it's nonfunctional. What a joke. It's easily the worst app I've ever used. Signs of a dying brand, I guess.

This app needs help. Currently cannot schedule my car payment. I have lots of trouble logging in. Enter email & password, press login, enter the code from the text message, press log in. It goes right back to the first login page. If I do happen to get in, the app is set up like a website and loads fairly slowly. For a however-many-billion-dollar company, you'd think something as simple as a payment app could be nicely polished off.
