With MyLA311, City of Los Angeles information and services are just a few taps away.

• The 'Create New Service Request’ feature allows you to quickly and easily request the City’s most popular services, including graffiti removal, pothole repair, and bulky-item pickup.

• Search the City Services Directory - a knolwedge base of City services, programs, and general information.
We have recently added user registration.

• Registered accounts can now login and view all their service requests and the current status. This is completely optional. You can still submit service requests and use the app without registering.

• More service request options.

Completely and totally broken. Passwords don't work, password resets (email and SMS) don't work. You can't actually use this thing, so I can't review anything further - it's like a very bad student project thrown together at the last minute. if the city is actually paying someone to "develop" this thing, they are getting completely fleeced.

The old app was bad. This app is a punishment. Don't waste your time trying to make it work. I spent a half hour setting up an Angeleno account (required for certain reports) and getting all the information on some bulky items in. Finally reached the "submit", and was repeatedly met with the "SOMETHING WENT WRONG" error message. I was hoping to see an improved user experience, but now I can't even report the bulky items that litter my neighborhood. No good deed goes unpunished. Garbage app!

It's too bad they switched to using a web wrapper. Might as well use the website instead of the app. We are also forced to create a new account, so all my old service requests are gone now and I have no account history anymore. And the verified box blocks the password field on login page. When making a request, all the fields don't update as you type. Was this tested at all before launching the app?
