Practice Japanese vocabulary by solving real crossword puzzles.
My Senpai is a Japanese crossword game built around JLPT vocabulary from N5 through N1. Instead of reviewing another list of flashcards, read the clues, recall the word, and fill the grid.
TYPE IN ROMAJI
You do not need a Japanese keyboard to play.
Type Japanese pronunciation with the English alphabet, such as "ka" for か, and My Senpai converts your input to hiragana. A built-in romaji reference is available when you need a reminder.
JLPT N5 TO N1
Choose the level you are studying and practice vocabulary from beginner N5 through advanced N1. The game includes 300+ puzzles across the five JLPT levels.
REAL CROSSWORD GAMEPLAY
This works like a traditional crossword, but the vocabulary is Japanese.
Use the clues to work out each word and fill the intersecting answers. When you get stuck, hints can reveal a character or let you check your current answer without giving away the whole puzzle.
MORE THAN VOCABULARY LIST REVIEW
Crossword clues give you a reason to recall a word and its spelling at the same time. You are not simply tapping an answer from a list.
