Disappointed and frustrated!! Mysewnnet wasn't perfect but at least it worked . Nothing from my previous cloud shows on creativate. I have a very expensive machine with features I cannot use because of creativate.

the videos will not work for some reason. I've tried the basic trouble shooting stuff (cleared cache, rebooted device, checked permissions) with no luck

I can't log in. I put in my My Sewnet email and password, app said it was incorrect. Tried on my PC, and it worked. Went back to phone, no luck. Tried "Forgot Password" link, no response. Tried to set up account, got message that my email was already in use. Also, the app needs a Show Password button, so I can make sure there isn't a typo.
