Worst experience ever, I will never use this insurance again...they split you reimbursement for no reason, and then you pay additional fee, you can wait payment for a few month, they very often reject a claim requiring additional documentation. Worst service, every time new agent with the same questions. App is not user friendly at all, actually complete system is not user friendly.

It is not possible to trace which reimbursement corresponds to which claim. If you do multiple claims at once, you receive several claim numbers. But then, when you receive the reimbursements, they are assigned yet another different number! So, you don't know to which claim they correspond. In addition, there is no claim history. To improve. EDIT: from the last update it simply does not open anymore!!

EDIT: Hi again! Regarding the reimbursement/claims topic, we're already working on connecting the two items, as other members like yourself have already brought this detail to our attention. Im greatly disappointed in MSH. I have been making a follow up on my claim for almost a month now. At first they told me that it was processed, but l didn't receive it. Later they changed the story that they are waiting for feedback from accounts department. It's been more than 2 weeks now still no response from them. They are not replying my emails, no updates on my claim yet in the app it says it was processed on the 23rd November 2020. Kindly advise on this matter.
