Worst experience ever, I will never use this insurance again...they split you reimbursement for no reason, and then you pay additional fee, you can wait payment for a few month, they very often reject a claim requiring additional documentation. Worst service, every time new agent with the same questions. App is not user friendly at all, actually complete system is not user friendly.

It is not possible to trace which reimbursement corresponds to which claim. If you do multiple claims at once, you receive several claim numbers. But then, when you receive the reimbursements, they are assigned yet another different number! So, you don't know to which claim they correspond. In addition, there is no claim history. To improve. EDIT: from the last update it simply does not open anymore!!

Completely unstable - the app won't stay open for more than a few seconds. *Updated Review* I have since uninstalled/reinstalled the app. While it no longer crashes, it cannot authenticate my login information that I have verified/reverified my credentials. Very disappointing.
